Ardore Vision // Operational Protocol (TOS)

01. Agreement of Terms By accessing ardorevision.com or initiating an acquisition, you acknowledge and bind yourself to this Operational Protocol. Failure to adhere to these terms terminates your right to access the archive.

02. Eligibility Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older, or those with verified parental authorization. By proceeding, you confirm your legal capacity to enter this agreement.

03. Acquisition & Availability All orders are subject to sequence availability. Ardore Vision reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any transaction due to:

  • Pricing inaccuracies or technical anomalies.

  • Detection of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

  • Stock depletion or logistical stasis.

04. Financial Transmission All valuations are in Euro (€). Payments are executed through secure third-party vaults (iDEAL, PayPal, Credit, Shopify Payments). Any currency conversion fees or bank-levied charges are the sole responsibility of the seeker.

05. Logistic Transfer Risk of loss and title of the garment transfers to the seeker upon handover to the carrier. While we monitor transit, Ardore Vision is not liable for delays caused by customs, global strikes, or external environmental factors.

06. Quality & Defect Protocol We maintain strict quality control. Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted to news.ardorevision@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Wear, improper washing, or misuse voids all claims.

07. Intellectual Property The visual identity, product architecture, and digital content of Ardore Vision are protected assets. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or use of our designs and imagery is a violation of our intellectual property rights and will be contested.

08. Limitation of Liability Ardore Vision’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or platform.

09. Governing Law This protocol is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through silent negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of The Netherlands.
