Ardore Vision // Transit Protocol (Shipping)

01. Preparation Phase Once an acquisition is confirmed, the garment enters the preparation phase.

• Processing: 1–2 business days.

• Dispatch: You will receive a digital transmission containing your tracking coordinates once the item leaves the vault.

02. Estimated Transit Timelines Transit duration is an estimate and may be influenced by carrier density or customs protocols.

• Standard Global Transit: 7–12 business days post-dispatch.

• Note: High-demand periods or international border crossings may extend this sequence. Quality cannot be rushed.

03. Acquisition Rates Logistics costs are calculated in real-time based on destination and mass.

• Calculation: Final rates are revealed at the point of checkout.

• Complimentary Transit: Occasionally granted during specific archive events.

04. Tracking & Observation Every movement is monitored.

• Your tracking number becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

• It is the seeker's responsibility to monitor the progress of the delivery.

05. Address Integrity Accuracy is mandatory.

• Ardore Vision is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete coordinates.

• If a package is returned to the vault, additional transit costs will be charged to the seeker for re-shipment.

06. Damage & Discrepancy If the garment arrives compromised or the sequence is incorrect, you must report this within 48 hours of reception. Email: ardorevision@outlook.com Include:

• Order Reference.

• Visual evidence of the damage.

• Visual evidence of the outer packaging.
