Ardore Vision // Protocol: Returns & Refunds
01. Philosophy Every piece is produced in restricted sequences and undergoes individual inspection. Due to our limited production model, all acquisitions are final. We do not produce for mass consumption; we produce for intent.
02. Acceptance Criteria Returns are strictly limited to the following:

Confirmed manufacturing defects.

Verified transit damage.
We do not accept returns for:

Size or fit preference.

Color or aesthetic variance.
-
Change of mind or personal styling expectations.
03. Initiation Sequence If a defect is identified, you must initiate contact within 7 days of delivery. Email news.ardorevision@outlook.com with:

Order Reference Number.

High-resolution evidence of the defect.
-
Photographic proof of packaging (if damaged in transit).
Unauthorised returns will be rejected and returned to sender.
04. Logistics

Costs: Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the seeker.

Security: Tracked shipping is mandatory. We do not acknowledge lost return shipments.
05. Resolution Upon verified inspection, Ardore Vision will execute one of the following:

Archive Replacement (Subject to availability).

Full or Partial Credit.
06. Exclusions Access to refunds is revoked if:

The garment shows signs of wear, washing, or scent.
-
Original tags or packaging are compromised.
-
The item was part of a limited-edition or made-to-order sequence.
07. Final Note Know your size. Understand the vision. Act with intent.
